The biotechnological applications use stable and eco-friendly biocatalysts, with good operational properties, reusable easily separable. An efficient method of improving the stability enzymes as biocatalysts may be immobilization. immobilization research objectives are obtaining versatile insoluble enzyme preparations high enzymatic activity, capable catalyzing reactions their natural unnatural substrates. If active water – enzymes, immobilized having appropriate substrate specificity can obtained, it becomes possible to conveniently in same way ordinary solid catalysts synthetic biochemical reactions. In addition, since catalyse specific under mild conditions (normal temperature pressure), application large scale bioconversion processes reduce energy requirements. For some simple methods used. To increase catalytic efficiency combinations these handled maximize advantages presented by them. physico-chemical properties supports used for influence activity yields preparations. aimed this work was find stabilize a balance between costs associated biocatalytic efficiency.
